1. Store terms

These terms govern use of the Void Signal storefront, customer accounts, digital products, memberships, and support. Product-specific requirements and the Digital Product License are incorporated into these terms.

2. Accounts

Keep credentials private and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Purchases and delivery

Orders are fulfilled only after the payment processor verifies a completed transaction with the correct recipient, amount, currency, and unique transaction ID. Browser redirects are not proof of payment.

4. Membership

Membership renews at the disclosed interval through PayPal until canceled. Benefits remain active for the paid period. Previously granted rewards remain in the library unless the associated payment is reversed or refunded.

5. Refunds

Because digital goods are available immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after files are accessed. Defective or materially misdescribed products will be handled fairly through support and applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, scrape protected content, share private links, evade access controls, or use the platform to violate law or third-party rights.

7. Availability

We work to keep accounts and downloads available, but maintenance, provider outages, and security incidents can interrupt service. Recovery and support processes are provided for legitimate customers.
