1. The short version
Your purchase gives you a personal, worldwide, perpetual license to use the included sounds, presets, MIDI, and software in original music and commercial productions. You do not owe DB Digital Audio royalties or attribution.
2. What you can do
Release music commercially; modify and combine the material in larger productions; install software on personally controlled machines allowed by the product; and share rendered stems with collaborators working on the same production.
3. What you cannot do
Do not resell or redistribute source files or installers; create competing packs, libraries, or training datasets; transfer accounts without approval; or use isolated sounds as standalone trademark or library assets without a separate license.
4. Software
Plugins are licensed, not sold. Reverse engineering, bypassing authorization, and distributing modified binaries are prohibited. Updates may change compatibility requirements and are documented in the account library.
