1. The short version

Your purchase gives you a personal, worldwide, perpetual license to use the included sounds, presets, MIDI, and software in original music and commercial productions. You do not owe Void Signal royalties or attribution.

2. What you can do

• Release music commercially on streaming, physical media, film, games, broadcast, and client work.
• Modify, process, layer, and combine the material as part of a larger production.
• Install software on the number of personally controlled machines shown on the product page.
• Share rendered stems with collaborators working on the same production.

3. What you cannot do

• Resell, redistribute, upload, trade, or share the source files or installers.
• Create a competing sample pack, preset pack, impulse library, or training dataset from the material.
• Transfer an account or license without written approval.
• Use isolated sounds in a trademark, logo sound, or standalone sound effect library unless a separate license allows it.

4. Membership rewards

A reward remains licensed to the member who legitimately received it, even after cancellation. Access may be revoked if the underlying payment is reversed, fraudulent, or refunded.

5. Software

Plugins are licensed, not sold. Reverse engineering, bypassing authorization, and distributing modified binaries are prohibited. Updates may change compatibility requirements and are documented in the account library.
