1. Data we use
We use account details, order records, support messages, and security events to deliver purchases, protect downloads, manage licenses, and provide support. PayPal processes payment credentials; the store receives transaction and payer details needed to verify and fulfill an order.
2. Download security
Download requests may record time, IP address, user agent, product, and result so we can detect abuse and help with failed transfers. Private links expire and should not be shared.
3. Service providers
Infrastructure, email, error monitoring, analytics, and payment providers process the minimum information needed to operate their service under appropriate agreements.
4. Retention and choices
Order and license records are retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and future download access. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible account data through support.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account actions. Optional measurement and marketing tools should remain disabled until you configure consent for the regions you serve.
